Results for the current query can be downloaded in a variety
of formats:
- Tab separated text file produces a snapshot of the
current results set using the current display options. The
downloaded file can be loaded into a spreadsheet package for
further analysis. You may need to confirm the data type of
some columns during loading into a spreadsheet - different
spreadsheet packages make different guesses about the data
type of a column, based on its contents. All rows (up to any
limit shown at the bottom of the page) will be included in the
file.
- Protein sequences in abYsis FASTA format will
return protein sequences in standard FASTA format with
comments in the header line. For commercial users, these
comments are described in the abYsis Installation and User
Guide.
- Protein + DNA sequences in abYsis FASTA format will
return protein and DNA sequences in standard FASTA format with
comments in the header line. For commercial users, these
comments are described in the abYsis Installation and User
Guide.
- abYsis XML short format (no atom coordinates or DNA
sequences) will return protein sequence data in the abYsis
XML format. For commercial users, this format is described in
the abYsis Installation and User Guide.
- abYsis XML full format will return protein and DNA
sequence data together with PDB atom coordinates (where
available) in the abYsis XML format. For commercial users,
this format is described in the abYsis Installation and
User Guide. Note that these files can be very large.
